Askar Properties work with landlords that have HMO properties of 4 to 5 bedrooms in London (preferably) and in Manchester. We take on the properties (or room(s) within a HMO property) and increase the value of each property (where applicable) by undertaking light refurbishment and interior decor works at no cost to the landlord. We deal with the viewings, tenanting and day to day management whilst guaranteeing rent to the landlord. We take on the hassle and stress on behalf of the landlord whilst still guaranteeing landlords high quality tenants and recurring passive income.
