Hisham is a Property & Business Entrepreneur with a background in Civil Engineering. He is based in London and holds a Bachelors and a Masters degree (UCL) specialising in Structural and Earthquake Engineering. He is also the founder of Askar Properties & London Tuition Academy.

Achievements:
- Hisham recieved a First Class Honours in his Bachelors degree and was awarded the ICE Student Prize from the Institution of Civil Engineers for being the best Civil Engineering graduate at university.
- He was then awarded a Distinction for his Masters and was awarded a scholarship to present his thesis at an international conference.
- He is also the founder of London Tuition Academy – a tuition agency specialising in Sciences & Mathematics.
