1. Register
By submitting your application we can start to search our database for suitable properties. The more information you can provide the better so that we can identify the right home for you.
2. View a Property
Once we found you a suitable property we will contact you to arrange a viewing at a time convenient for you.
3. Agreeing Let & Tenancy Agreement
Once you are happy with proceeding we will undertake reference checks and other necessary checks. Once these have been confirmed as positive, we will send you the Tenancy Agreement to be signed.
4. Deposit
Your deposit will be protected through one of 3 schemes-The TDS, TDSL Or The DPS and this will be noted on the tenancy agreement.
